Reformas Baño Alicante · 10 Calle Jardin del Mar, 03189, Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Cabo R · info@reformasbanoalicante.site

What data we process and why

Name, phone, email, your message and any photos you send through the forms or the visualiser. We use them only to contact you, prepare your quote and manage the works.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send the form and, if you hire us, performance of the contract.

Retention

For the duration of the business relationship and, if we don't work together, a maximum of 2 years, unless the law requires otherwise.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties. We use processors acting on our behalf: web hosting, internal notifications and, for the visualiser, an AI service that processes your bathroom photo to create the image.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@reformasbanoalicante.site. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

We only use analytics cookies if you accept them in the cookie notice.
